At RallyCap Sports we believe people with special needs should have the opportunity to play sports, just like everyone else. We provide recreational sports specifically designed for children and young adults with special needs!
Since our chapter’s inception in 2014, we have served more than 160 special needs families by offering sports leagues, sports activities, and other special activities (holiday dances, bowling parties, etc), and we have given out more than 400 trophies! We have also provided community service opportunities to nearly 1,000 BGSU student volunteers, who have served more than 36,000 community service hours. Our volunteers come from all over campus: student-athletes, Schmidthorst College of Business, College of Education, Fraternities and Sororities and more! Many of our volunteers are preparing for a career serving the special needs community, so RallyCap provides them a hands-on and free internship opportunity where they can learn to better serve the people they care so much about. We believe there is power in people of all abilities on the same field at the same time, enjoying the beautiful world of sports!
Would you please consider supporting our chapter so that we may continue to provide life-changing sports opportunities for children and young adults with special needs in the Bowling Green community. Together We Rally!
