Glass Program

It’s clear. Bowling Green State University’s glass program has a history of excellence as one of the first programs established at a U.S. university. The tight-knit art glass community is burgeoning in northwest Ohio in part because of strong glass programs like BGSU’s.

Keeping up with changing trends and new technologies is vital to our continued success. As part of #BGSUOneday, we are seeking your support to purchase equipment for a Lampworking and Neon Studio in the BGSU School of Art. There is overwhelming student demand to learn and master the techniques for lampworking and neon glass. Development of this studio will magnify the opportunities available to our students in the innovative and experimental spirit of the Studio Glass Movement, and provide the same offerings as top schools in the field of glass.

Your gift today will help set BGSU students apart as they earn a top-tier education at a premier Art Glass program.
