Our students are making a positive difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities in the region, with a focus on creating healthy and safe societies. Students learn to address a wide array of factors impacting our health and well-being, which can be biological, socioeconomic, psychosocial, behavioral, cultural or social in nature. The College currently enrolls more than 1,800 undergraduate and 200 graduate students who will soon be entering a variety of health and human service professions.
Scholarship dollars are critical and improve both the diversity and the academic achievement level of our students. Your support also defrays tuition costs for deserving students studying criminal justice, food and nutrition, gerontology, health care administration, medical laboratory sciences, nursing, public health, social work, speech-language pathology, and pre-professional degrees in allied health. Your support ensures students continue to have access to the highest education.
