BGSU Rugby Football Club

The men’s and women’s rugby programs have a storied and successful tradition at Bowling Green State University. A common thread of this long-standing legacy is Roger Mazzarella, club director, long-time coach and tireless advocate. To recognize Roger’s outstanding contributions to the program, alumni and supporters of the rugby program have initiated a $250,000 endowment campaign to name the rugby field in Roger’s honor. Gifts to this fund will support enhancement, beautification and operational support of the rugby field, which has become a symbol of the sport’s success and longevity at BGSU. Please consider a gift to help achieve the $250,000 endowment fundraising goal and to honor Roger.
