BGSU Club Golf

The BGSU Club Golf program has been a part of club sports at BGSU for over a decade. The program gives a chance to those wanting to get into golf, average golfers wanting to still play, and competitive golfers to be a part of a social group at BGSU. The program's home course is Stone Ridge Golf Club located right here in Bowling Green. Students pay for their membership to the club and in return get a partial membership to Stone Ridge, including golf and range balls. Any time the course is open, there will be BGSU Club players there practicing or playing together.

On the competitive side of the club program, members of the club qualify against each other for 8 spots when traveling to tournaments. The club normally has 3 regional tournaments a semester, played against universities around Ohio, with the final tournament being Nationals. The BGSU Club team has an outstanding streak of 6 straight National Championship appearances in the last 6 semesters of school. Donations toward the program will help continue the relationship the BGSU Club has with Stone Ridge Golf Club, benefit those wanting to play golf at BGSU who are less fortunate, and help the tournament team travel with food, gas, and shelter money.
